"Jianfuda" aluminum-molded PP-R complex pipeline system is the new-type environmental green building material which was developed independently in our company. It adopts the advanced heat-melting connect technology. In this way, it is not only that the intensity of the junction has not reduced, but that it is higher than the intensity of the pipe itself, completely solving the problems of block-set and block-press pipe’s leaking etc, and overcoming the shortcoming of the aptness to be easily crooked after PP-R pipe was heated. It is the substitute of traditional PP-R compound pipe. "Jianfuda" aluminum-molded PP-R compound pipe is formed by five layers, the intermediate layer of which is a thin aluminum pipe, the outer layer is PP-R and the inner layer is Pe. Each layer met each other through high temperature using the special hot-melting glue produced by Japanese Mitsui Corporation. The five layers compound flexibly and variously. In the high polymer materials, PP-R and PE both have the characteristics of steady chemistry nature, clean nonpoisonous, corrosion-resistance, high mechanical intensity, heat-resistance and dirt-resistance.
